Bombay Jam Seniors is a 45-minute format of the Bombay Jam program we all love, that is modified and formatted for an older adult demographic. The program is designed to help build cardiovascular endurance, strong bones and muscles, and ensure safety while Bombay Jammin' it out.
A significant part of our class members are over the age of 65. While we see this demographic attending our general Bombay Jam classes, it’s important that we are able to cater modifications specifically to keep our members safe. Completing the Bombay Jam Seniors certification would equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to instruct modifications real-time in your classes for not just seniors, but anyone even requiring a temporary physical modification.
The Bombay Jam Seniors certification is offered as an add-on to an existing active Bombay Jam Instructor subscription. This is a one-time certification while is online through our on-demand virtual certification portal. This course takes 4-5 hours on average to complete.
